Comparative Study of Density Based Clustering Algorithms for Data Mining

Abstract

Now days, due to the explosive growth of huge amount of data have been uploaded into several websites. Thus it needs to be classified. Data mining is the process of extracting useful information from huge databases. Many approaches of data mining have been proposed to discover useful and accurate information among vast amount of data such as clustering, association rule mining, time series analysis and sequential pattern discovery etc. Thus, the density-based clustering algorithms have been used to find clusters based on the density of points in dense regions. Data clustering can be used in many application areas such as marketing, planning, insurance, biology, network security, earthquake, crime detections, intrusion detection systems etc. This paper presents a comparative study of various density based clustering algorithms for data miningalongwith their merits and demerits.

A Comparative Study of Sentiment Analysis Techniques in World Wide Web

Nowadays, the use of social media websites have been providing many opportunities to the users to publicly voice their opinion due to this the sentimental analysis is a mechanism that could track the mood of the people about any particular product by review. Due to this, the idea of sentimental analysis is emerging topic of research among the researchers communities. In this paper an overview of sentimental analysis and its techniques, research issues have been presented also this paper proposes in aspect level sentimental analysis system that classifies the aspects of a person as positive, negative and neutral.

Mobile Cloud Computing: Issues and Applications

Abstract

Now day’s Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) is becoming a hot research field due to access use of mobile devices by large amount of information of data of individuals through cloud computing techniques. It is a hybrid technology that combines with two techniques together mobile computing and cloud computing. Mobile computing encloses numerous technologies and devices such as wireless LAN’s, Notebook computers, tablets, laptops, cell phones and smart phones. Usually any electronic device that helps to organize our life, interact with friends and doing daily jobs more efficiently is a part of mobile computing. In this paper, various techniques, issues and applications of mobile cloud computing are presented.

Visible Light Communication “An Advanced Optical Wireless Communication Technology” Used in Li-Fi

Abstract

Advent of information technology have enable the development of communication vertically and horizontally , the modern research has made the Visible Light Communication (VLC) technology, one of the advanced optical wireless communication technologies, which is green and clean in nature. Visible Light Communication, uses visible region (375nm-780nm) and is used as a more secure medium for data transmission.it achieves high data rates as compared to conventional wireless technologies like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Wi-max etc. the conventional technologies uses radio waves for communication. To overcome the shortage of bandwidth we can use light to transfer the data which is known as “DATA THROUGH ILLUMINATION”. LED light bulb that varies in intensity is used and it cannot be followed by the naked eye. It is possible to encode various data in the light by varying the light at which the LEDs flicker on and off to give different strings of 1s and 0s.While using mixtures of red, green and blue LEDs to alter the light frequency encoding a different data channel. If we can’t see the light then we cannot access the data easily hence the security would be snapped.
